4. Message Content

GR8Text reserves the right to refuse service, deny access, or terminate accounts for users who send messages that are illegal, harassing, defamatory, or violate applicable regulations including TCPA compliance requirements.

5. Pricing and Billing

GR8Text charges per SMS message sent. You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account. Billing is automatic based on your usage each month. Invoice information is available in your account dashboard.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms specified in your invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension or account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the GR8Text platform, including logos, designs, and software, are the property of GR8Text or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

GR8Text is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GR8Text from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

GR8Text may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

GR8Text reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that area.
